Bourbon Pairing and Dinner:
Ally's Bistro catering team is proud to present their
special event series.
Our team has prepared a three-course dinner menu that infuses flavors of Bourbon.
The first American Spirit is presented in different ways includes a sharable salad, your choice of two entrée selections, a sharable dessert.
Each course will be paired with a hand-crafted bourbon-based cocktail or a glass of wine.
Entrée selections will be requested upon reserving a table.
Those selections include:
Bourbon- peach glazed pork chop with couscous and roasted carrots.
Grilled flank steak topped with Bourbon Dijon sauce with shoestring French fries with parmesan cheese.

Call ahead to check reservation availability seating will begin at 5:00pm.
Reservation times beginning at 5:00pm until 7:00pm
Reservations will be taken until Thursday, April 21st 2:00pm
Our dining room will close at 2:00pm to allow for our team to transform our dining room for this event.
